Can I create a wishlist?
Yes, of course. When you go to a product page, you have the option of saving that product to your wishlist. In order for a wishlist to work, you will need to have cookies enabled on your browser.
Can I share my wishlist with friends and family?
Definitely! If you go to “My Wishlist” you will see the option to share your wishlist via social media with your friends, as well as the option to add your chosen item to your basket.
How do you make your jewellery?
Our jewellery is all handmade from precious metals and gemstones by Fiona. If you would like to find out more why don’t you subscribe to our blog, where we will be sharing some of our making pics shortly.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes, all our gemstones are sourced from dealers who guarantee that they are ethically mined and cut.
When will I receive my jewellery?
If the item you have ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and should arrive (for UK destinations) within 3 days (longer for international deliveries).
If the item is showing as out of stock, we can usually send it out within 4-6 weeks.
For bespoke items, a timescale will be discussed at the time of placing the order.
What if it doesn’t fit?
See our page on jewellery sizing for information about how to decide which size to order. If a stock item doesn’t fit it can be returned for an exchange (where another size is available) or a refund. For personalised or bespoke items, it is really important to get the size you order correct, as these can usually not be returned.
What if there is a problem with my jewellery?
Let us know, and we will do our best to help you to get it sorted out. Our jewellery is guaranteed for defects in workmanship, but not for trauma or accidental damage in which case we would need to make a charge for repairs (where possible).
