All you need to know about how your gemstones will get to you, and what to do if there are any problems…..

Postage - UK

All gemstones will be sent by special delivery (tracked and insured) as required by Royal Mail. We cover the cost of this making it free to you. 

For in stock items the estimated dispatch time is 2-3 business days. Occasionally there may be delays in this due to holidays, but if this applies you will be notified at the time of purchase.

Any collaborations will be on a timescale agreed at the time of ordering. This includes time to source materials and to cut the gemstones. We will endeavour to keep you informed at every stage of the process, and particularly if we come across any issues that may cause a delay to the agreed timescale. 

If you have a particular date by which you need to receive your gemstones please let us know, and we will look into whether we can meet that date.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to circumstances under our control. If an item fails to arrive by 30 days after dispatch, and the Royal Mail tracking information confirms that delivery has not been achieved, we will consider that item lost and offer either a refund or a replacement (where available).

Postage - International

International orders are very welcome. We have a flat rate for shipping outside the UK. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY TAX OR CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER***

You should expect the delivery time after the order is despatched to take around 10 days under normal circumstances. This is currently significantly increased in some countries following the Covid pandemic. Following Please take this into account in planning when to order.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of most gemstones for any reason, but they must be returned to arrive in the same condition in which they were sold, and within 14 days of receipt. Any refund due excludes postage costs. If there is damage in transit, or if you have any concerns when you receive your gemstones, please let us know straight away. Regrettably we may not be able to accept returns on gemstones cut to order. 

If you are returning gemstones to us, we strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance and tracking. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that go missing on their way back to us.
